NAMES OF ca 1950’s GROUP OUTSIDE WHITE HORSE PUB WITH DON ON THE KNIGHTS OF OLD FOWLER TRACTION ENGINE H 6420 (BUILT IN 1916) AND WITH HORACE KNIGHT (IN SUIT).
On Horace’s left : Tom Keeber (with a pint), Frank Laughton and (half-face only) Jim Bennie, the landlord of the Red House pub on the A43.
On Horace’s right on the pavement : Ray Perkins (son of Percy and nick-named “Cake”) and Fred Barritt, brother of Percy’s wife, with Denis Knight, young brother of Don, in short trousers. (The man holding the young child is not known.)
Behind them : the man with raised pint is Fred Smith.
Further on to the left : the girl in trousers is Julie Knight, sister of Don, and Marina Newton.
And in the pub doorway : Dav Holt with Mr & Mrs Lewis, the White Horse publicans.
